It’s tulip and daffodil season here in Skagit County. We are world renowned for our tulip festival, although I think the daffodils are just as impressive. As soon as they open up every year, I drag the handsome hunk out to see them. I say that, but really, he is such a good sport. He goes with me every year with a smile on his face, and camera in hand. He really is such a good blogger boyfriend.

I love spring. Or, well, the idea of spring. Here in the Pacific Northwest, we don’t have much of a spring. Or at least we have pretty chilly ones. But, I do love spring dresses. And, I’ve decided that even when the weather isn’t the best, I’ll still rock a cute dress.

So, while the start of spring bring all the flowers a girl could ask for, it also bring the start of festival season! We have already enjoyed the Anacortes Spring Wine Festival, Coupeville MusselFest, and the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival already this year! And, of course a gal needs to have fun spring dresses for all these events and festivals! I’m loving these dresses (and rompers) for the upcoming season.

Such a great round-up! And I’m so with you on spring dresses – I totally wore my Easter dress in a snowstorm. Love that Nordstrom off the shoulder dress — great find!
