In a stand mixer with dough hook, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast.
Let the yeast mixture sit for a few minutes until it becomes a little frothy. About 5 minutes.
Once the yeast mixture is ready, turn mixer on low and slowly add the other ingredients, except honey.
Mix until it forms a sticky ball.
Then remove the dough and knead it on a floured surface.
Put dough in a greased bowl. Let sit for 1 hour to rise. Dough should double in size.
Preheat oven to 425
Roll out dough, use honey to brush the crust.
Bake for 5-9 minutes, just to start the crust baking.
Top with tomato or pizza sauce, seasoning, and toppings.
Bake for an additional 5-9 minuets until the crust is cooked through and cheese is golden brown.
