Marinade chicken breast in balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, diet ginger ale, everything but the bagel seasoning, rosemary and honey mustard for 1-4 hours.
Preheat oven to 425.
Cook for 15 min, check, cook in 5 min increments until done.
Add mixed greens, mozzarella balls, sliced strawberries, and pecan bits to a bowl.
Mix with olive oil & vinegar.
Slice chicken, plate salad, add 1/2 chicken breast to each plate.
