Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt - To taste
  • Pepper - To taste
  • Dried Oregano - About 1 Tbs
  • Onion Powder - About 1 Tbs
  • Garlic Powder - About 1 Tbs
  • Chili Powder - To taste
  • Red Chili Flakes - To taste
  • Beer - Glug
  • Worcestershire Sauce - 3ish Dashes
  • Large leaf lettuce - 8 leaves for single wrap 16 leaves for double wrap
  • Toppings of your choice: Cheese Ketchup, Mustard, Pickles, Onions, Etc.

Instructions

  • Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, red chili flakes, beer and worcestershire sauce.
  • Form into 8 patties
  • Cook on medium heat for 7-9 minutes depending on desired doneness
