Baked Coconut Shrimp

Delish and easy baked shrimp!




  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. Lightly spray a baking sheet
  3. Wash and pat dry shrimp
  4. Combine coconut, panko and flour in a bowl
  5. Whisk eggs together in a bowl
  6. Dip shrimp in eggs, them coat in coconut mixture
  7. Line on the baking sheet
  8. Bake for 10 minutes
  9. Enjoy hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
