In reply to Kristoffer Howard. Hi! I roped my husband into answer this one. He said he thinks you’re good, we found the coverage that was listed was accurate to what we used. We did two coats, the second was light to ensure even coverage. And a year later we did a little bit of touch up where the wood had settled. And now years later we are still very happy with it! It looks great and we haven’t done anything else to it. Happy staining!

I know this was a while ago, but curious how much fence you had and how much stain it ended up taking?? I have 175′ (so 350′ between the two sides) and got the same brand stain in Black and plan to apply with a sprayer. According to my sprayer I should be able to cover it all with one 5 gallon bucket, but unsure as to how many coats it’ll need. It’s a brand new, aged for 6 months, fence.

I am curious how you still feel about your black fence. I am debating right now on black or white and I’ve been leaning toward black because I think it will make my flowers pop, but I’m also worried about it being too much black. In reply to Ryan A. Thanks Ryan! I really appreciate your feedback. I wrote this a year ago and after a year, and a lot of use, we are still loving it! I hope you love yours just as much. Please report back! Our first pizza turned out picture perfect, the second one was not pretty. It took us a little time to find out our pizza making techniques, but even our ugly pizzas have turned out cooked properly and delicious.

I have spent the last six months tooling around the Internet, trying to find a true and honest review of these ovens. Every time I think I found one the influencer stated that the oven was given or gifted to them. I understand at the end you may have mildly benefited from this review but I will say it’s well done and documented so thank you so much. I’ve just purchased my first.Ooni oven the karu 16 and I truly hope I enjoy it. It took almost 6 months of investigating different companies brands, and different ovens. I made this large purchase with a bit of a reluctant heart, and I hope I don’t regret it. Thank you for a review from someone who bought the oven

In reply to Carolyne. Hi Carolyne, thanks for asking! I personally use sugar free, but that is just preference. You could use either. The one with sugar will just give you a slightly sweeter sauce.
