Come on cheesy dip goodness!
If you find yourself hosting a little get together, or need to throw something together to bring to a super bowl party, book club, pot luck, dinner party or girls night, well don’t you worry, I’ve got you with this easy, savory, cheesy, delicious, pumpkin cheese dip that is a breeze to throw together.
It is so good. It’s cheesy, creamy and has just a little bit of tang from the goat cheese. If you are a crazy person, like my husband, and don’t like the tang of goat cheese, then just omit it. It will still be delicious! And, while I haven’t tried serving this to children, it’s so cheesy I think it would be kid approved too. It’s a fun, delicious way to eat pumpkin year round! Pumpkin is not just for pies at Thanksgiving! And this pumpkin cheese dip proves it!
I made this pumpkin cheese dip when we hosted Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit. If we were hosting for the super bowl party I would make this again! While there was a small group of us when I made it, this recipe is easy to double or even triple. Your only limitation is how big of a dish you have to bake it in.
Another way to make your life even easier is to mix and bake everything in your serving dish. I love my decorative pie dish that is perfect to bake and serve in! Mine is several years old, but this one is darling! One less dish to get dirty is always a win in my book. Just make sure you don’t leave it behind at the party!
So, without further ado, let’s get your pumpkin cheese dip on!
