You guys might know that I’m crazy about date night. It’s my favorite night of the week! I love setting apart a little time in our crazy, busy, hectic, lives to make sure that we can connect and make our relationship a priority. So, let’s take a look at some spring date night ideas.

Spring Date Night Idea #1: Plan a Picnic

Picnics are such a fun alternative to dinner out. I’m not hating on a nice dinner out, I think that can make for a great date night. But, I do think it can get a little tired and old. It’s the easy to get in a dinner and a movie date night rut. A picnic is such a fun way to get outside, enjoy the sunshine, and nature.

Spring Date Night Idea #2: Baseball Game

Spring training is a great spring date night! Baseball is another great way to get outside, enjoy some sunshine, a couple beers with your boo. The regular season may have not started yet, but spring training is a perfect way to get a jump start on those summer games.

Spring Date Night Idea #3: Explore a Somewhere New

How often do we tell each other that we should play tourist in our towns/states/locations? Maybe it’s just in our household, but it’s a conversation that comes up a lot. There is an embarrassingly long list of great tourist activities that Washington has to offer that we have never done. So, sit down, hash out a list together, and then check them off, one by one!

Spring Date Night Idea #4: Take a Drive

Who doesn’t love a beautiful drive in the countryside? And if you want to step up this spring date night, rent a fun convertible for it! I promise your honey will love this idea!

Spring Date Night Idea #5: Take a Hike

Now that the weather is starting to get better, the sun is out more, and winter snow has gone away, it’s time to get outside! By the time winter ends, we have some serious cabin fever. What could be better than getting out to enjoy the outdoors?

Spring Date Night Idea #6: Garage Sale Hopping

Let me set the scene, it’s Saturday morning, the sun is shining, and you and your honey are on the hunt for the perfect lamp/bookcase/knickknack. And, even better if you find a piece that needs a little joint DIY session to make it perfect.

Spring Date Night Idea #7: Volunteer Together

There is so many ways to volunteer to help your community. You can find one that is fun and meaningful for you and your significant other! Walk dogs for a local shelter, cook a meal with a soup kitchen, help build a house!

Spring Date Night Idea #8: Hit Up the Farmer’s Market

Head on over to your local Farmer’s Market to grab a jar or local honey, some baked goodies, and check out what produce has come in fresh that week.

Spring Date Night Idea #9: Play a Game

One of our favorite things to do on a sunny, spring day, is head out to our local bocce ball spot and play a game! We also love a good game of shuffleboard or darts. A little friendly competition can make for a great date night.

Spring Date Night Idea #10: Run a Race

Get those endorphins pumping and run a 5k together! We go and run a fun race together, and then of course we have to go get a beer together after, all hot a sweaty! Perfect spring date!
