Layers are of the utmost importance here in the Pacific Northwest. Winters here aren’t Northeast cold but they are chilly, rainy, wet, and long. Oh so long. We’ll see the sun again about June. Maybe even July. Last 4th of July, I spent on the water, watching fireworks, in 3 layers, including a coat, freezing cold. Oh the life of a Seattleite!
While the summers here are beautiful, we have to spend the rest of the year figuring out the best way to look chic while staying warm. I found this aztec print wrap and fell in love! It’s so warm and cozy. I love the way it drapes and I can snuggle up next to a fire or run around town in it. Plus… it twirls well. That’s important.
What’s your favorite way to stay warm this winter?
