While spring may be right around the corner, let me tell you, it still feels like winter here. Now, in the Pacific Northwest we generally have fairly mild winters compared to the folks in the Northeast. But, that being said, we generally have winter temps that lazily extend their stay all through spring, and into July.
Yes, I said July.
Joke is when someone asks when does summer start? The day after the 4th of July. And, it is only kind of a joke. Most Independence Days I have something on my arms. And, I have been known to wear a winter coat when we watch the fireworks at night. Usually, by the next week it’s beautiful. But, winter lingers here.
This time of year I am often so ready for spring, dainty dresses, and sunshine. But, the reality is, that would be pretty miserable on most rainy, overcast, chilly Pacific Northwest days. So, I wanted to remind myself of all the cute winter outfits I still get to wear.
Here is a peek back at some of my favorite winter outfits over the years.

I love your cute winter outfits! This post is a good reminder that the benefit of winter weather is that all those layers allow you to have more clothing options for your outfits. And you are spot on about winter lasting until after the 4th of July around here! The winter months are not the ones that get me down. It’s the spring months when it’s supposed to be warmer and sunnier but it still looks and feels like January :/

I LOVE the coat in the first picture. I have a love of coats and have to frequently tell myself not to buy more, lol.
