Blackberry Lemon Hibiscus Wine Spritzer

With spring in full swing and summer right around the summer, this is the perfect light refreshing & not too sweet spritzer to celebrate the season.


  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1 tsp monkfruit sweetener
  • 1 lemon,1/2 for juicing and 1/2 for decoration
  • 1 can hibiscus La Croix
  • 16 oz wine of choice (rose or bright white wine preferred)


  1. In a small sauce pan, combine blackberries, monkfuit sweetener, and juice from 1/2 lemon
  2. Simmer on low, letting the blackberries break down. After about 5 minutes, remove from heat and strain. *Note: If you have lost too much liquid before the berries break down, while still on the heat, you can add small amounts of hibiscus La Croix to the mixture.
  3. While blackberries are straining and cooling, add equal parts wine and La Croix to your glass
  4. Add blackberry simple syrup to your glass
  5. Garnish with a lemon wedge
  6. Wow your guests and enjoy!
