When I think about remodeling or updating a space my mind goes to tearing down walls, big renovations, contractors and demo days. One simple way to really update a space often gets overlooked, lighting. Lamp light is beautiful in a space and completely transform a room from basic cookie cutter to something that looks like it was made custom by a designer. Chandeliers and pendant lighting can really create a wow focal point in a room. Check out some of my favorites.
I love this unique look that merges vintage with modern. The edison bulbs are a nod back to the past but the styling of this chandelier is so modern, it would be perfect in a home that blends these two styles. The long shape makes it perfect for above a dining room table.
Okay, how fun is this?! For the winos out there, this wine glass chandelier is for you! This would look phenomenal above a wet bar and would make any house the instant party spot. I can’t get enough of this chandelier.
I am such a lover of all things nautical or beachy. These shell chandeliers are perfect for a home with a coastal or nautical theme. The light color goes with anything and blends in with other decor items while still being a stand out piece itself.
For those with a more country, farmhouse or rustic themes, this rope chandelier is charming and warm. It would look fantastic up against a shiplap wall or hanging in a living room full of country touches.
What I love about these pendant lights is that they are beautiful on their own, but small enough that when put together they make a phenomenal impact!
The metal of these sphere is very industrial and chic, but the lamp lighting that looks like candles inside gives this masculine piece a touch of femininity.
Very similar to the industrial chandelier, these sphere pendants are all modern for the home that doesn’t want the vintage feminine touches of the previous styling.
What I love about this vintage pendant is that it could go with any decor style. It would look amazing in a Southwest style home and equally in place at an industrial loft.
These rustic cage pendants would be perfect not only in a dining room but also as the focal point in a living room, or even over a reading nook. Bringing in great overhead lamp light for reading.
I love this wood and glass chandelier on it’s own, or would look great with multiple running down a long hallway.
How cute is this cage light pendant? It would look perfect in a farmhouse above a rustic barn wood dining room table.
I love these edison bulb pendants that would be perfect in a bedroom, over a nightstand. The varying shapes and colors really make them pop and add a fun visual interest.
Adding some additional lamp light into the home can really add a pop into the design of your space. There are so many different styles that go with any type of decor. What are you favorites?

Love this. I can’t wait until we finally have our own place and I can change shit. Renting all the time in the military life is restricting! Hahaha.

I’ve always wanted a real crystal chandelier but that would look so odd in my modern home. I love the different options you chose for the style of the house/backdrop. So pretty!

Oooh, the Cage, Edison and Vintage are right up my alley… They’re gorge!! I’m moving flats soon and I totally want to decorate it!! At times like this, I wish I were still living back in the States cos finding things here is a) not easy and b) if you do find something cool its like ridic expensive. FML Or it needs to be shipped from the US anyway… Sigh. I can’t wait to see how you decorate your new place!

I love the shell one! I’m looking for a new chandelier above our dining room table but it involves moving the fixture because it isn’t centered.
