ABOUT

I'M Jane

Typically Jane began in 2018 as a space to share my love for both adventure and everyday beauty.

Hi, I am Jane, and it’s really nice to have you here today.

What started as a small blog has grown into a place to celebrate the simple things that make life feel good, from camping under the stars to baking something sweet on a quiet Sunday.

With a background in Outdoor Recreation and Fine Arts, I’ve always been drawn to both creativity and the outdoors.

My days often include exploring new places, cooking homemade meals, curating cozy outfits, and making my home feel warm and welcoming.

To me, beauty lives in the real moments, muddy boots, messy kitchens, and happy hearts.

Life in the countryside keeps me inspired, and my dog, Scout, is always ready for the next adventure or a rainy writing day at home.

Through Typically Jane, I share stories and simple ideas that remind us life doesn’t have to be perfect to be beautiful, it just needs a little heart and a touch of adventure.

With love,
Jane Parker.

Shrimp and zucchini paella is a Spanish-inspired dish that is smoky, saffron-kissed rice, juicy shrimp, and tender zucchini in one stunning skillet.
